Welcome to Orihuela Costa, a hidden gem in Spain’s beautiful Costa Blanca! Our vacation rental has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms, all garnished with a modern Mediterranean touch. The decor is cozy yet contemporary, creating an atmosphere of peace and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite meals, while the family-friendly living space ensures everyone can relax in style. Let the magic of this coastal town charm you – book with us today!:) The house offers both indoor and outdoor spaces to recharge while on holiday. It is located on the edge of urbanization offering the calming view of a public park. In front of the house, next to the carport – yes, you can also park on the premises for free – you will find a comfortable lounging area for two. The openable but built-in porch provides a breakfast corner and enough space for your shoes (and jackets, but you will only need those between January and April). Upon entry, you arrive at the living-dining room of the property. The modern yet classic interior with warm tones and light will welcome you home. On this floor, you will also find the fully equipped and refurbished kitchen with a laundry room, a beautiful bathroom, and one bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and has fitted cupboards. If you follow the steps upstairs, your eyes will land on the twin room first. This room offers two single beds with a view of the balcony and the park beyond the fence. Across the corridor, you will find the second bathroom and to the right, the luxurious master bedroom. This room also offers a small office space in case duty calls while you are trying to relax. After the final staircase, you arrive at the solarium with scenic views and comfortable furniture to take it all in. This space also provides two tanning beds for the sun-lovers! You will have access to the complete house all by yourself! Additionally, you will also have the chip for the community pool of the neighbourhood which is only a short, 1-minute walk away from your front door. During your stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about your accommodation. We are available on weekdays from 9 AM-6 PM by phone. but you can send us a message any time or day – we will respond as soon as possible, at least within 24 hours. Nestled in Orihuela Costa, this home offers more than just a place to rest. Its prime location provides a stunning view, easy access to Zenia Boulevard – Europe’s largest open-air mall -, a beautiful park, and several commercial centers with restaurants and bars. Adjacent to Orihuela Costa, you’ll find the picturesque towns of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura, known for their beautiful beaches, vibrant markets, and charming old towns. A day trip to these neighboring towns will surely add an extra dash of joy to your vacation. After your trip from the airport, this location is suitable for a no-car holiday BUT, if you decide to rent a vehicle, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge. Necessities, like supermarkets and pharmacies are only a short walk away (supermarket~5 min; pharmacy~10 mins) while you can find bars and restaurants to every dicertion between 5-15 minutes. If you had enough of the community pool, the beautiful beaches of Orihuela Costa are about 30 minutes away by foot (~10 minutes by car). If you have a vehicle, you can visit the nearby towns and sighseeings via N332 or the AP7 highway. Our recommended destinations are: Torrevieja, Gurdamar del Segura, Guadalest, San Javier, Murcia, Elche, Cartagena. If you love yourself an active holiday, we still got you covered! Orihuela Costa is surronded by alluring mountains suitable for hiking and for mountain bikes. Pro tip! You should also check out the man-made and natural water falls in the area. The house has a no-shoes policy to preserve the furniture and to support our lovely cleaners so we kindly ask everyone to leave their footwear in front of the door. The child’s bed and dining chair are available at the property upon request.
