As you approach, you’ll drive through a picturesque avenue lined with romantic pine trees, instantly setting a vacation mood. Upon parking, head up to the first floor via the stairs. A small gate leads you to the inviting front porch, where you can enjoy: – A scenic view of the urbanisation – 3 chairs to enjoy the sun, the view, or fresh air To your right, you will find the entry door. After opening the door, you will find yourself in the entryway. In the entryway, there are: – Hangers for your jackets and cardigans – a mirror. To the right, the kitchen features: – a medium-sized fridge – a stove – an oven – a coffee machine – a toaster – washing machine The kitchen is separated from the dining area and the living room by a window, offering light and sufficient counter space. The dining area offers a comfortable spot for the guests to gather and share a meal around the round table. The living room is designed for comfort, boasting: – an L-shaped couch – a smart TV – a coffee table – a serving/TV cabinet – air conditioning unit. From the living room, you can access the balcony, which offers: – view over the urbanisation – a table with two chairs – gas heater – electric heater Across the dining table, you will find a short corridor that leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms. To the left is the smaller bedroom, featuring: – 2 single beds (90×200) – a nightstand – a dresser – a fitted cupboard. The pool is just a quick 2-minute stroll from your front door. Start by heading down the stairs to the ground floor and turning right. Continue along the road until you reach the neighborhood’s charming little free library. If you choose to borrow a book, please remember to return it at the end of your stay or leave a new one for others to enjoy! After visiting the library, take a left and proceed down the road. Before you reach the pool fence, you’ll spot a narrow path that leads into the park. Follow this path until you arrive at the pool gate, and kindly adhere to the posted pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. You will have access to the entire apartment all by yourself! Additionally, you will also have the chip for the community pool of the neighborhood, which is only a short 1-minute walk away from your front door. There is no designated parking spot, but parking is free on the public streets around the apartment. The apartment is situated on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator or handicapped ramp, so stairs are the only way up. There is one air conditioning unit in the apartment in the living room! This is suitable for cooling, heating, and dehumidifying the space.
