Building access: – Enter through the communal garden. – Stairs leading you to the entrance. – You can ascend to the apartment via the staircase or take the elevator for convenience. Apartment entrance and corridor: – As you step inside, you’ll immediately find yourself in a corridor. – The kitchen is conveniently located to your left, with storage space for shoes, coats, cleaning supplies, and an ironing board. Kitchen: – Well-sized and equipped – All the essentials for preparing meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, espresso maker, toaster, and washing machine. Living Room: – Connected to the kitchen via a traditional Spanish window. – Cozy breakfast counter for two. – Comfortable couch and a smart TV for entertainment needs. Bathroom: – Located on the left of the living room. – Features a bathtub with a shower curtain, toilet, and sink, along with an electric towel dryer that doubles as a heater for added comfort. Master bedroom: – Located at the end of the corridor and boasts a double bed with bedside shelves and a fitted cupboard. – A large window offers a lovely view of the pool, flooding the room with natural light. – Inside the cupboard, you’ll find some swimming toys for the little ones – please use them responsibly and return them after your fun! Second bedroom: – Furnished with two single beds, a bedside table, and another spacious fitted cupboard. – Ideal for family or friends. Community pool: – Outside the building, you’ll discover the inviting community pool, beautifully nestled among palm trees and lush local plants, which creates a delightful tropical ambiance. Important notes: – The pool area is not enclosed, so it’s important to keep a watchful eye on the little ones! – You’ll find the community guidelines for pool use displayed nearby, and it’s essential to adhere to these rules and be considerate of others in the vicinity by keeping noise levels down, particularly during siesta hours and on festive occasions. Enter the apartment through the shared entrance and staircase in the complex. Once inside, you will have private access to the apartment. The garden and pool are common areas shared with other residents in the urbanization. During the stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about the accommodation. We will reply to all messages within 24 hours and in case of emergency, our phone number is available in the property. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building, which is equipped with an elevator, but to reach the building entrance, you will need to take a couple of stairs up. Just below the bedroom window, you’ll find the community pool with a lovely view, but keep in mind that the sounds of people, children, and splashing water may be heard while on the balcony or in the room with an open window. PLEASE NOTE that we can only facilitate check-in after 11:00 PM if the delay is caused by unforeseen events in your travel plans and you keep us actively informed about the changes. In this case, the late check-in fee can be up to 45€. We do leave a 15-minute courtesy window, during which you can still check in for free. If you are 16-60 minutes late, you will be charged 30€. If you are 61-120 minutes late, the fee will be 45€. We DO NOT facilitate check-in between 1:00 AM-8 AM!
