When you arrive, the first thing you’ll need to do is pass through the gate of the urbanization to get to the house. Once you locate the correct number, you’ll encounter a smaller gate and a set of stairs that will lead you to the front door. At the top of these stairs, there’s a spacious balcony that offers a lovely spot for outdoor dining. As you step inside, you’ll find yourself in a combined living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is cozy, featuring a large couch, a cupboard, and a TV for your entertainment. The dining space is designed to comfortably seat five people, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings. The kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, including a large fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and blender, along with all the necessary utensils for cooking up your favorite dishes. From the kitchen, there are three doors: one leads to a communal pathway that takes you to the pool. To get to the pool, simply step outside, take a left, and continue down the street until you reach the end. The pool will be located on your right side, ready for you to dive in and relax. Another door from the kitchen opens to a recently renovated small toilet, and the last one provides access to the garage and game room located underground. The garage door operates manually and is spacious enough for a family car, though it won’t accommodate a camping van. The game room is a fun space for evening activities, complete with a dartboard and a medium-sized ping-pong table. The clothes washing machine is also located here, downstairs. To access the bedrooms, you’ll head up the stairs that begin in the living room. The first door on the right opens into bedroom number 1, which features a 140×190 bed, a fitted cupboard, and a small office nook equipped with a table, chair, and standing lamp. Next to it is bedroom number 2, which boasts a 150×190 bed, a fitted cupboard, and direct access to the front balcony that overlooks the urbanization. The third room on this floor is a newly renovated full bathroom, complete with a toilet and shower. If you continue up to the top floor, you’ll discover bedroom number 3, which includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room has a 150×190 bed and a fitted cupboard, making it the coziest but the smallest of the three bedrooms. Bedroom number 3 conveniently opens up to the rooftop terrace, which features tanning beds, a cozy lounge area, and stunning views of the neighborhood and beyond. You can also reach this terrace via the home’s stairway, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor space. During your stay, you will have the complete house to yourself. Additionally, you will also have access to the communal pool of the neighbourhood, which is just a 1-minute walk away from your back door.
