It promises year-round entertainment, is nestled among golf courses and features two community pools. This location is ideal for soaking in the natural beauty and exploring the area by bicycle. This charming residence is nestled on a tranquil street, providing convenient access to main roads and the nearby highway. Within a leisurely 15-20-minute stroll, you can discover a variety of restaurants, shops, and essential services. The house is situated in the calm neighborhood of Villamartin, nestled among golf courses. This location is ideal for soaking in the natural beauty and explore the area on bike or on foot. Otherwise we would like to inform our dear future guests in advance that construction works are taking place nearby/in the neighboring street, which may cause some noise. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. There is free parking available right in front of the community. The street has ample parking options and is wide enough to accommodate larger vehicles. Parking is allowed within the urbanization upon request; however, the space is only sufficient for a standard vehicle. The parking space is 4 m wide and x 3,56 m long. This property features a private terrace and front yard, which can be accessed directly from the urbanization via a gate. Upon arriving at the property, you are greeted by a charming front yard and a lovely breakfast nook, which enjoys sunlight for most of the day, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or perhaps a glass of wine. The sight of the local Bougainvillea flowers and the soothing sound of water from the nearby pool instantly melt away the worries of everyday life. Once you step through the main door, you are welcomed into an inviting living room, designed for relaxation. As you enter the property, you can immediately relax on the comfortable sofa. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, cabinets, and a TV unit with a smart TV. Of course we provide our guests WIFI as well. The living room also has an adjacent dining area with a round table and four chairs. We haven’t forgotten about the little ones either, as a high chair is provided so they can enjoy family meals as well. Further into the home, you will find a small toilet equipped with all the essentials: a toilet, towel rack, mirror, sink, towel, soap and toilet papers. Next to the toilet is the renovated, spacious kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster for the guests’ convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking tools, and you will also find wine glasses, cups, and short drink glasses alongside the essential dinnerware. For our shorter guests, we have also provided a small step stool. Upon leaving the kitchen, you enter an open laundry room. In the storage cupboard, you’ll find a clothes dryer, clothes clips and camping chairs. The cupboard beneath the boiler holds there is a washing machine. To access the bedrooms, you must go up the stairs located right next to the living room area. At the top of the stairs, we’ve installed a safety baby gate to prevent your little one from accidentally going downstairs. Upon reaching the first floor, you’ll immediately find the fully equipped bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. We’ve also placed a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner and toilet papers for your convenience. To the left of the bathroom, you’ll find one of the bedrooms. This room features its own air conditioning unit, a double bed, nightstands with reading lamps, and a built-in wardrobe with hangers. From this room, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a table and four chairs, all in Mediterranean style. Here, you can enjoy the view and bask in the sun’s warmth. The second bedroom/children’s room is located directly to the right of the bathroom. This room features a pull-out bed, a dresser with drawers, a reading lamp, books, poufs, an armchair, and a built-in wardrobe. It also has the third air conditioning unit in the house. In the built-in wardrobe, we’ve placed an iron and ironing board for the guests. The window overlooks the courtyard, allowing minimal direct sunlight and no street noise. The well-maintained community pool is located just a 1-minute walk from the building. The community also has a larger heated pool, which is just a five-minute walk away. Access to the pools requires a small black chip key, which can be found on one of the keychains provided for your stay. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or simply relax by the water during your vacation. During your stay, you will have the complete house to yourself. Additionally, you will also have access to the communal pools of the neighborhood, one is just 1-minute walk and the other bigger one is just 5 minutes walk away from your front door. During the stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about the accommodation. We will reply to all messages within 24 hours, and in case of an emergency, our phone number is available on the property. This apartment is south-facing and has its balcony and rooftop terrace, which allows you to enjoy the morning sunshine, sip your morning coffee while sunbathing, have lunch on the terrace, or enjoy a glass of wine before going to bed. The closeness of the pool is amazing; however, please note that it might mean some noise during the summer months when it is in active use. There will be a construction project happening on the neighboring street in the upcoming months. This project will not impact parking or access to the apartment, but could result in noise from heavy machinery. Parking is available and free in front of the apartment community. Parking within the urbanization is possible upon request. The loss of the remote control incurs a €100 replacement fee.
