Location and accessibility • The house is situated in the calm neighborhood of Villamartin. • The street has ample parking options and is wide enough to accommodate larger vehicles. • The apartment is located on the second floor and has a private entrance through the stairs. Outdoor space • Once you pass through the gate, you will find yourself in the patio area, which offers a stunning view of the city skyline. • This spacious veranda is furnished with a dining set and a BBQ, perfect for outdoor cooking. Living and dining area • As you enter through the front door, you will step into the living and dining room, connected to the American-style kitchen. • The living room features an air conditioning unit, a cozy couch, and an armchair, along with a large-screen TV for movie nights. • The dining room provides comfortable seating for up to four people. Kitchen equipments • The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, an old-school coffee maker, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. • You will also find all the necessary cooking utensils if you prefer to dine in during your stay. Bedrooms and bathroom • From the dining area, you can access the bedrooms and the full bathroom. • The bathroom is centrally located, ensuring privacy for the bedrooms. It includes a bathtub and ample storage space for your essentials. • Each bedroom features a queen-size bed and an air conditioning unit. • The dimensions of the bed are 140 cm wide x 200 centimeters long. • One of the bedrooms has a spacious fitted cupboard, while the other offers a large wardrobe. • We have left some books in both bedrooms for your entertainment. Heating and air conditioning • Throughout the house, you will find electric radiators in case the weather gets chilly, but the air conditioning units can also provide heating. Communal pool • To reach the communal pool, simply step out of your front door, go down the steps, and turn left. • You will be able to spot the pool easily from the patio. • The pool is accessible year-round, and we kindly ask you to respect the rules while using it. • From the pool, you can enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding neighborhood. During your stay, you will have the whole apartment for yourself. You will access it through a private entrance through the veranda, but the staircase is shared with the neighbors, just like the community pool. The balcony is north-west facing so it is best for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. The closeness of the pool is amazing however, please note that it might mean some noise during the summer months when it is in active use.
