Don’t wait any longer; book your dates today! • The apartment building is situated in a central area of Torrevieja • You can easily spot the building with its distinctive blue-glassed balconies. The entrance to the building is spacious, and inside, it even has a ramp for strollers and mobility vehicles. •This particular home is located on the ground floor, but you will need to climb a few steps or the ramp to reach the corridor. Once inside, take the first right turn and walk to the end of the corridor. Your door will be the last one on the left. • As you enter, you’ll find yourself in a corridor, and the bathroom will be immediately to your right. The bathroom is well-equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and a spacious sink. • If you continue down the corridor, you’ll reach the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking tools and appliances, including a fridge with a freezer, electric stove, compact oven, coffee machine, water heater, and washing machine. • The living room also doubles as the dining area, located right next to the kitchen. You’ll find a dining table with four chairs here. Further in, there’s a comfortable couch with the air conditioning above and a large TV across, hung on the wall. The small balcony, which overlooks the communal garden, can also be accessed from this area • Both bedrooms are accessible from the living room. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed, a comfy armchair, and a fitted cupboard. The other bedroom offers a single bed that can be extended to accommodate two people, as well as a small office space with a desk and chair • To get to the pool, simply walk down the corridor, heading towards the building entrance. Right across from there, you’ll see a few steps leading down to the communal garden. Take a left and right away, you will see the pool area, all fenced off • You can reach the apartment through the communal entrance of the complex and then have complete access to the apartment by yourself. • The garden and pool are communal areas as well and are shared with other residents of the urbanization. During the stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about the accommodation. We will reply to all messages within 24 hours, and in case of an emergency, our phone number is available on the property. This is a ground-floor apartment where the windows face urbanization, minimizing the noise of the traffic from the streets. The pool’s proximity is amazing; however, please note that it might make some noise during the summer months when it is in active use. PLEASE NOTE that we can only facilitate check-in after 11:00 PM if the delay is caused by unforeseen events in your travel plans and you keep us actively informed about the changes. In this case, the late check-in fee can be up to 45€. We do leave a 15-minute courtesy window, during which you can still check in for free. If you are 16-60 minutes late, you will be charged 30€. If you are 61-120 minutes late, the fee will be 45€. We DO NOT facilitate check-in between 1:00 AM-8 AM!
