This townhouse boasts a private front yard accessible through a gate directly from the public street, with convenient free parking right in front of the house. Upon entering the gate, you will be greeted by a charming front yard featuring a dining table large enough for 4 people, surrounded by native trees and an eye-catching statue. For added comfort, you can open the awning for some extra shade while enjoying the outdoor space before heading up the stairs to the front door. At the top of the stairs, there is a cozy porch area with a delightful breakfast nook that provides shade for most of the day, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea with some cookies or cake. Once you pass through the front door, you will step into the inviting living room designed for relaxation. The living room is equipped with an air conditioner, a shoe cupboard, shelves, a TV cupboard with a smart TV, a serving cupboard stocked with cognac, wine, and champagne glasses, a spacious ‘L-shaped’ couch, a stylish coffee table, and a small office table with a chair for those who need to catch up on work. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area featuring a round table and 4 dining chairs. Additionally, the dining area is equipped with a ceiling fan to ensure proper air circulation throughout the space, regardless of whether the air conditioner is in use. A small fitted cupboard next to the dining table houses a vacuum cleaner and beach equipment for your convenience during your stay. Moving further into the home, you will come across a small toilet with essential amenities such as a toilet, towel hanger, mirror, and sink. Next to the toilet, you will discover the renovated and spacious kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and even includes a waffle maker in the cupboard. To maximize space, the fridge, washing machine, water heater, toaster, microwave, and sandwich maker have been relocated to the adjoining room next door, providing a functional and efficient layout for your comfort and convenience. To access the bedrooms on the upper floor, you must take the stairs located right beside the dining area. Upon reaching the first floor, a bedroom will be situated to your left. This particular bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit, two single beds, a nightstand with a reading lamp, and a fitted cupboard. Additionally, you can step out onto the front balcony from this room, where a table and two chairs await, all reflecting the charming style of the Mediterranean region. Next to this first bedroom is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. The bathroom also features a cupboard for storing your holiday essentials. With amenities such as a towel dryer, heater, and an openable window, this space ensures a dry and comfortable environment at all times. The second bedroom is located directly across from the bathroom, offering a serene and private atmosphere. Towards the back of the solarium, there is a storage cupboard and clothes hanging lines for your convenience and in case you prefer to use those over the traditional hanger that is in the house. The well-maintained communal pool is situated behind the building, just a short 2-minute walk away. Access to the pool requires a small orange tag, which can be found on one of the keychains provided for your stay. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or simply relax by the water during your holiday getaway. During your stay, you will have the complete house to yourself. Additionally, you will also have access to the communal pool of the neighborhood, which is about a 2-minute walk away from your front door.
