To enter, simply cross the gate and ascend the stairs to the front door, which is monitored by a security camera for your peace of mind. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the entry hall that is adjacent to the dining area, featuring cozy chairs and direct access to a charming balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast or afternoon coffee. The balcony window is fitted with an electric blind, operated by a remote conveniently located on the wall to the right, behind the curtains. The dining room, tastefully adorned with wooden cupboards and a dining table accompanied by four comfortable chairs, is just to the right. Adjacent to this area is a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for those who wish to prepare meals during their stay, complete with a stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Continuing through the entry area, you will reach the living room, which boasts a fitted cupboard, a cozy sofa for two, and a television, all bathed in natural light from the expansive French windows. To the right of the living room, you will find the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and a small cupboard for added convenience. The bedroom features a spacious double bed, a fitted cupboard, and a dresser, providing ample space for your belongings. Access to the solarium is located next to the entry door; after climbing the stairs, you will be greeted by stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. This outdoor space includes a beautiful stone dining set, a large sun umbrella, and a washing machine discreetly tucked away under a decorative porcelain sink in a cupboard. To reach the community pool, you need to leave through the entry gate and take two right turns. The pool will be right in front of you. Enter the apartment through the shared staircase. Once inside, you will have private access to the apartment. The pool is a common area shared with other residents in the urbanization. During the stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about the accommodation. Similarly, reaching the rooftop terrace also requires a stair climb. Inside, you’ll find an air conditioning unit conveniently placed next to the entrance in the living/dining area. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside will result in a fine of 200 EUR! You may smoke on the balcony and the rooftop terrace.
