Our home is situated within a secure gated community. As you arrive at the first floor (accessible by stairs, no elevator), you’ll be greeted by a cozy veranda adorned with beautiful Bougainvillea flowers. The balcony features a dining table and chairs for four, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon tea, cocktails, or simply enjoying a relaxing conversation in the warm Mediterranean sun. Upon stepping inside the main door, you are welcomed into a fully equipped open kitchen that seamlessly opens into the living room. The space is perfect for lounging and offers easy access to the bathroom and bedroom. The spacious kitchen is supplied with a stove, coffee maker, and toaster for guests’ convenience. It is entirely stocked with all the necessary cooking tools, including wine glasses, cups, plates, pots, and pans. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch, TV, coffee table, and an air conditioning unit for your comfort. Between the living room and bathroom, we offer our guests a built-in wardrobe with hangers. Further into the home, you’ll discover a bathroom with all the essentials: a toilet, bath, towel rack, mirror, sink, and hand towel. We’ve also provided a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper for your convenience. Next to the bathroom, and to the right of the bathroom, you’ll find the beautiful, calming bedroom. The soothing bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring a double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and its air conditioning. You’ll also have access to your private balcony furnished with a Mediterranean-style table and two chairs—perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view, sunbathing, or watching the sunset over the lovely urbanization. In addition to the apartment’s comfort features, the enclosed neighborhood boasts a pleasant pool, perfect for relaxation and cooling off. The apartment is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from a variety of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets to fulfill all your daily needs. For nature lovers, there’s a nearby park offering stunning views, and for beach enthusiasts, Playa Cabo Cervera—one of the area’s most beautiful beaches—is only a 20-minute walk away. You will have access to the entire apartment all by yourself! Additionally, you will also have the chip for the community pool of the neighborhood, which is only a short, 1-minute walk away from your front door. There is no designated parking spot, but parking is free on the public street right in front of the apartment. The apartment is situated on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator or handicapped ramp, so stairs are the only way up. There are two air conditioning units in the apartment one of them in the living room and one in the bedroom! These are suitable for cooling, heating, and dehumidifying the space. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a microwave, there is no oven.
